I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET YOUR EARRINGS FOR AGES, BUT THEY SELL OUT!! HOW CAN I GET A PAIR?!
- i totally understand how frustrating this may be for those just trying to shop, and having to race against the clock to checkout on time!! i am one person making these items, and i only have a limited stock for each drop. there are some tips i can offer to give you the best chance of checking out on time!!

We suggest you make a SHOPPAY account to have all of your checkout/payment details ready. This is NOT required, just a suggestion to amen checkout quicker! Make sure we accept your payment type! A list can be found at the bottom of our website.
2. Make sure you arrive ON TIME to the early access drop at 2:30pm ET! The website will be LOCKED, and you will be able to access the website with the password JUSTPEACHY. After 3pm, the website will be open to the public. **If things sell out during early access, they will NOT be restocked at 3!
3. You may place separate orders to ensure you checkout with the item you want the most. EMAIL hello@shopvelanidi.ca to BUNDLE orders after checkout, and refund extra shipping costs.
4. EMAIL me afterwards with any hardware changes, edits to your address, etc. instead of leaving a buyers note. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER!!
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
- orders are typically packed and shipped out between 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. after the package is at the post office, it can take up to 31 days to arrive to you (usually much less, unless there are delays)
WHAT ARE YOUR EARRINGS MADE OF??
- i use high quality polymer clay (mainly sculpey souffle/premo, or fimo soft). it is durable and super lightweight! if you want advice and tips on getting started with clay, i recommend looking up youtube tutorials or checking out clay blogs (thats where i got all my info from in the beginning!)
- all of my earring findings are nickel free and hypoallergenic. we now use high quality stainless steel findings, and we also have a 925 sterling silver hardware upgrade available.
HOW CAN I SEND YOU MESH FOR THE PRODUCE BAG EARRINGS/BAG CHARMS??
- many customers have offered to send mesh to be used for the earrings, which i truly appreciate! IF YOU'D LIKE TO SEND SOME RECYCLED MESH, PLEASE SEND ME A HIGH QUALITY PHOTO OF IT ON INSTAGRAM @SHOPVELANIDI OR EMAIL HELLO@SHOPVELANIDI.CA SO I CAN CONFIRM IT IS THE CORRECT KIND!
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY CLAY EARRINGS/BAG CHARMS??
- with every earring order, i will include an earring care card that will help you take care of your new friends! here's some of the tips included:
- keep oils, perfume, and excess water away
- store in a dry place free of sharp objects to avoid scratches
- avoid dropping, banging, snagging, and pulling earrings
- be gentle when putting on and removing earrings (ie. don't yank off stud earrings, gently wiggle!)
- fashion jewelry tends to tarnish over time with constant wear. it doesn't affect the integrity of the jewelry, but may not be as bright and sparkling as it once was! following these care instructions will help prolong the appearance of your earrings (especially storing it in a dry, cool place and keeping it away from moisture)
HOW HEAVY ARE YOUR EARRINGS??
- polymer clay is ULTRA lightweight, so most of my earrings feel practically weightless!! check the product descriptions just in case, as i always state if something is super light or slightly heavier.
WHAT IF I DONT HAVE MY EARS PIERCED / HAVE STRETCHED EARS / HAVE SUPER SENSITIVE EARS?
- i am willing to accommodate all of your ear needs! i offer clip ons, and different gold or silver plated styles at no extra charge (the earrings styles available are: fish hook, bead post, huggie hoops, and clip ons). just shoot me a message or leave a note when purchasing! (the accommodation capabilities depends on the style of the earring. for example, only dangle style earrings can have their earring style changed)
- SOLID STERLING SILVER fish hooks and GOLD PLATED STAINLESS STEEL earring styles are an additional charge. you must ADD the items to your cart!

I love my orange produce bag charm! It’s a nice pop of color with my bags and I don’t have to worry about it getting scruffed up. It’s all handmade but it’s HIGH QUALIY. And it’s very unique! Very detailed! You’ll get this no where else. So if there’s another drop because these sell out fast, I highly recommend you subscribing to the patreon for the email notification and early access! I LUCKILY got my preorder in because I signed up for the email newsletter to get the early access code!
